I develop and teach workshops and classes which help participants learn ways to use creative expression to create sustainable and effective ways of thinking and doing. Topics include: poetry, metaphysics, self-healing, creative & critical thinking, somatics, subtle energies, movement & more. I help people find the bigger picture they are desperate to find by bringing awareness to the smaller details that often go unnoticed. Interested?
