How long will it take for you to fill my order?
In general (other than mugs, tees, and poems) your order will be filled and shipped within 2 (two) business days of your purchase. Poems, in general, have a one week production time. Please see below for a note about MUGS & TEES. There are, of course, times when your order may be delayed (I live in New England so weather can be an issue). In the case of a significant delay, I will reach out and let you know the status of your order. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns! How long will it take for my order to arrive? I ship out packages 5 days a week (M-F). Your package (other than mugs and tees) ships from East Granby, CT 06026. Most orders take 2-3 business days in transit - orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 4-5 business days. FOR POEMS: please add one week processing to this shipping time. FOR OTHER GOODS (except for mugs & tees): please add two business days processing to this shipping time. FOR MUGS & TEES: shipping time is currently between 1 and 3 weeks. *MUGS & TEES: please note that these are filled and shipped by Printful, a print on demand company. As a result, these items generally take longer to arrive than the other items from my store. As of October 2021, these items may take between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive. Will my order ship in one package or more? Depending on what you order, your order may arrive in one or more packages. Mugs & tees will ship together but they will arrive separately from whatever else you order from my shop. In general, all orders packed and shipped by me arrive in one package - although sometimes, if you order a Poem or a Print, I may send that alone in its own rigid mailer. How do you package your orders? Your order will be packed with a lot of love and care! In general, I use a mix of polybags, jewelry boxes, padded mailers and rigid mailers, all depending on what you've ordered. I have received many compliments on the way in which orders are packaged and I take a lot of pride in ensuring that each order is a true joy to receive AND to open! All orders (other than mugs & tees) include a hand written note, a free surprise gift (or two!), a free activity page, postcard, and a sprinkle of my magical faerie dust. If you would like your order packaged as a gift, please let me know! While all orders are "gift ready" I can wrap them with a bit more fancy if you're sending it as a gift. Just let me know when you order! What is your return policy? In general, all sales should be considered final. Because I am a one woman operation, and because many of my goods are hand made or custom, I cannot offer an open-ended return policy. HOWEVER - I stand behind my products 100% and am here to help ensure that you are happy with your purchase. For any issues with your order, please contact me within five (5) business days of receiving your order. I evaluate each return request individually. In general, I will offer an exchange instead of a return. Who makes the things you sell? In general, I do! Unless otherwise noted, all products are designed and produced by yours truly. I am a one woman show working out of my in-home studio. Do you take commissions or special orders? You bet I do! Please contact me with any ideas that you're looking to explore. I love taking commissions for portraits, promotional products, historical and heritage organizations, custom jewelry, and so much more! I've purchased one of your divination tools but I feel like I could use more guidance. Are you available for that? I am. My Merkaba Sessions are an opportunity to dive into whatever it is that you're currently working with or through. Each session is dictated by you and where you're at, and so if you are looking to explore divination (or intuition building in general) I am excited to help you develop your practice through one or more of these sessions. Please contact me for more information. I am also currently developing a collection of e-courses, and I plan to have one that focuses on the general basics of divination (as I see it!). Please let me know if you'd like to see something specific! Be sure to join my mailing list to keep up to date with these offerings. How has CV-19 effected your business? How will it impact my order? While covid completely disrupted my business and forced me to basically rebuild from the digital ground up, I am fortunate in many ways: I have a roof over my head, a space for my inventory, a place to work, to pack orders. The USPS picks up from my house and I can order my supplies delivered to my door. Thanks to these things and more, I am able to ship your order with relative ease, despite the difficult nature of the world and life at this moment. All precautions are taken - hands are washed, self-adhesives are used, and I personally take all precautions to ensure my safety as well as those of all I love. We (Brett and I) remain extremely isolated. Do with your package whatever you do with your regular mail. Is this your only job? Yup! You got it folx! I am a self-employed creative and have been for the last six years. The last time I received a paycheck from a "job" was in 2014. Has it been easy? Oh hell no. Has it been worth it? Absolutely. While choosing to be an artist and mystic full time hasn't been a road paved with riches, it has been a road paved with the sort of brilliance and wonder than no money can truly buy. I have always pushed aside the "normal" in order to pursue my own path, and I know now that my commitment to my own work and the positive, love filled impact it has on others is worth continually striving and sacrificing for. If this is a path you're traveling and would like someone to help you along, please reach out to schedule a Merkaba Session sooner than later! |
