What I do...

I develop and teach workshops and classes which help participants learn ways to use creative expression to create sustainable and effective ways of thinking and doing. Topics include: poetry, metaphysics, self-healing, creative & critical thinking, somatics, subtle energies, movement & more.

I write, self-publish, and sell zines, comic books, self-help guides, creative engagement workbooks under the small press imprint RATTFINK PRESS. I am the creator and best friend of Finky the Ratt and his series of Illustrated Guides to Mindfulness.

I make art and do craft work - illustration, bookbinding, lettering, fiber work, and more. I practice a vipassanic way of life and I devote a lot of my time to gathering knowledge, expanding my heart & mind, and to strengthening my understanding of and connections to energies seen and unseen.
